chef.recipe_url looking in cookbook/cookbook

wenlock
Hi,

I'm using vagrant 1.1.5, I'm specifying a chef.recipe_url in my vagrant file with no chef.cookbooks_path set.
Everything goes well at the up command and the recipe is downloaded from the url and placed on the file system in /tmp/vagrant-chef-1/cookbooks/.

Unfortunately I get the error :

[2013-04-18T04:34:42+00:00] ERROR: Running exception handlers
[2013-04-18T04:34:42+00:00] ERROR: Exception handlers complete
[2013-04-18T04:34:42+00:00] FATAL: Stacktrace dumped to /tmp/vagrant-chef-1/chef-stacktrace.out
[2013-04-18T04:34:42+00:00] DEBUG: Chef::Exceptions::CookbookNotFound: Cookbook java not found. If you're loading java from another cookbook, make sure you configure the dependency in your metadata

When i check the /tmp/vagrant-chef-1/solo.rb, the contents look like:

file_cache_path "/tmp/vagrant-chef-1"
cookbook_path ["/tmp/vagrant-chef-1/cookbooks/cookbooks"]
....

Is this a bug that is fixed in the latest?  where cookbook_path does not get another /cookbooks appended to it?  Is there any workarounds for 1.1.5?

Thanks,
Edward
